violence is preventable. Because episodes of violence are hard to

Anger is a normal response to the changes,
disappointments and mistreatments that intersect lives, but poorly
managed anger contributes to future problems. Anger is a powerful
emotion that fuels us with an external response toward growth and
change, or an internal response which may lead to depression and

levels of anger, signs of hidden anger, examples of distortions that
complicate a healthy response to anger and steps to manage anger more
