Who is eligible?
- Any person of any age, looking for information regarding long-term care for themselves or other loved ones.
- There is no financial eligibility.

- Free in-home consultations to provide the latest information on available programs and services and any associated eligibility requirements.
How to access the program?
- If you are interested in a Long-Term Care Consultation, call the
Area Agency on Aging, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and ask to
speak to the Screening Department.
