Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (AAA) is a private non-profit Agency, designated by the State of Ohio to be a Planning and Service Area (PSA) as mandated in the Older Americans Act, as enacted by the Federal Government in 1965. The Agency administers Title III, State Block Grant, Medicaid and other grant funds.
